Screen Assemblies and Spare Parts
All screen assemblies, digitizers, and replacement spare parts are backed by a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects. The lifetime warranty does not cover technician damages, physical damages, internal cracks, and incidental damages. Store credit will be applied to the accounts as an up-to-date selling price.
Replacement Batteries
Replacement batteries are supplied with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing faults. The Warranty does not cover technician damages, physical damages, and incidental damages. Store credit will be applied to the accounts as an up-to-date selling price.
Tools and Repair Accessories
All repair tools and accessories are supplied with a 30-day guarantee for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover technician damages, physical damages, and incidental damages. Store credit will be applied to the accounts as an up-to-date selling price.
All Other Accessories
All accessories purchased from mTech which are subject to defective can be returned in 30 days. If the order is placed by mistake or is not needed anymore etc., it can still be returned in 15 days. These time limitations begin on the date you received your shipment. Please make sure that each accessory is placed in the original box. Unfortunately, even if we try our best, if you exceed the given time limit, we cannot proceed with a refund. We are kindly requesting you to contact your customer service department about the process anytime you need further assistance.
Laser Machines
All repair tools and accessories are supplied with a 30-day guarantee for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover technician damages, physical damages, and incidental damages. Store credit will be applied to the accounts as an up-to-date selling price.
Within the Warranty Period
Laser machines can be returned within 30 days for a complete refund if it is brand new and ever used. After this period, you will not be able to return it. If there is a manufacturing defect problem within 30 days we will fix it, if it’s not fixable we will replace it with a new one or credit the amount back to your account. Shipping costs will be deducted from the original purchase amount before finalizing the refund amount.
After the Warranty Period
We do not offer a free return label at the end of 30 days. Moreover, we will do our best to serve you and take care of your problems with laser machines, but we cannot manage delivery costs. You can drop it off or ship it to us. If we repair your laser machine after the guarantee period, the cost of spare parts and labor could be invoked. Used laser machines are not subject to return for credit or cannot replace with higher models.
